ABOUT THE INSTRUCTORS
Angelica TOrres
Angelica is a local mushroom farmer, and native, edible plant enthusiast. In 2013 she studied to become a chef at Le Cordon Bleu in Los Angeles.
Angelica is a recent graduate of the Alamo Area Texas Master Naturalist Program and volunteers for the Central Texas Mycological Society.
Roxanne Eguia
Roxy Eguia completed the Texas Master Naturalist Program in 2022 and frequently teaches and leads educational walks for the Central Texas Mycological Society. Roxanne is a part of the San Antonio Water System's team, Editor & Chief at La Prensa Texas Newspaper, and graduated from A&M University in 2021.
