MUSHROOM Foraging & IDENTIFICATION

There are thousands of mushroom species in Texas and only a small amount of them are considered choice edibles. Learn when, where and how to identify wild edibles, their look-alikes, and get tips on collecting, prepping and cooking. We will talk about the ethics of foraging and how we can all be better relatives to the fungi “kindom.” 

This 1.5 hour program can be offered remotely or in-person in the Central Texas and San Antonio area.
